Although Royal Mail delivered next day, item was abandoned on my doorstep after just one ring of my doorbell, rather than waiting for me to open my door. I can’t reach deliveries left outside due to my disability. I have always given my business to eBay because they use Royal Mail who normally hand deliver to the customer. Amazon normally behave like Royal Mail did on this occasion which is why I avoid using them.
