Not the error of the seller, but the tracking info given gave no information of with whom or where my item was, which meant I wasn’t able to mark the ‘Item Not Received’ and I had no way of proving the item hadn’t been delivered to the correct address. Maybe the seller will think about tracking details more on future customer orders.
