The Swarovski item was described as “ New in Box” “pristine” the photos were a bit blurry but I believed the seller that it was pristine condition. I received the item with 2 noticeable chips I sent clear photos, the seller disputed it was the same item that she sent & reluctantly agreed to accept a return. I returned the item in exact same packaging originally used and she says it was not in the package! Luckily EBay has refunded me in full but beware of this seller.
