As it was not expensive and the seller had the necessary receipt with the proof in the weight that the parcel was as it should on the moment of dispatch I choose to believe the seller who also answered all correspondence correctly and fast. I will claim my 5 pounds back from eBay customer protection insurance. Same time Royal Mail is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!!! Them services are rubbish and they need to improve it.
