It's easy to list and make the sale the most important detail I found as you say after the payment. The thing most customers remember is how it was packaged and did it arrive safe. I ship 95% of my items in a box with the most packing I can do. I just got a dvd from another seller that shipped in a very thin no padding envelope and it was trashed. That is why I will never do that.

    Thank you for the feedback! I have recently transitioned over to shipping 95% of my items in a box and I use air pillows and bubble wrap for all my CD's. I have seen to many complaints over CD's shipped in thin packing to save money and more often than not they come damaged. I on purpose downgrade my CD's that way if its better people are very happy if I upgrade not so much. Your feedback is the reason why I am in this business, it's all about customer service to me. You made my week!

    Wonderful Family Entertainment

    There are many reasons why Frozen is among the best Disney films of all time. It's a great story of siblings separated at a young age and reunited as young adults. Love between them triumphs in the end. Great side characters enhance the main story of the two sisters. The music is among the best ever in any Dianey film.

    Keeps freezing up

    I got the DVD/BluRay Combo with the digital download. I watched the blu Ray once with no problems now it skips and freezes a few times but still watchable. The digital download is AMAZING!! (Reason for three stars) There's different ways to download the movie, I chose to go with the DisneyMovies App. All I had to do was download the app on the device I wanted and then download the movie onto the app and you then can watch it thru the app (wifi required) I currently have it on my phone and on my kids two tablets . No problems whatsoever with that so far. There's an option to download the movie onto your device for watching without having to use wifi . Again no problems with that. I have yet to try the DVD , but my babysitter said it wouldn't play on her DVD player.

    Another family in love with this already-classic.

    Another little girl has caught the frozen bug. We've been waiting to see this movie and finally! We are in love! I thought it might have been too heavy at first with all the series of sad events, but the story really does show you that love is the answer to a lot of problems we actually face ourselves. Elsa had inner conflict over her powers (emotions) and she didn't want to deflect her powers (emotions) on Anna so she shut her out. But only when she lets her in, after she "let it go" (I had to) does she unfreeze the kingdom and her sisters heart. Which ultimately, led to a happy ever after. Beautiful. Loved it.

    Let it go, let it go!

    Probably the greatest Disney-Pixar movie ever made. The only caution/warning is that if your child (or adult companion even!) love this movie, you'll never ever ever be able to get the music out of your head. You have been warned. LOL
