Great CD of the Beatles number ones. Takes me back to my youth, what a great feeling to turn back the clock nearly 50 years. Music you can sing along with, still remembering the lyrics. Lyrics which can be understood, something you can't do with most of todays stuff. Just GREAT MUSIC. the cd music list is good and the price of the music cd is good, but i found that music tracks from number 13, 14, 15 failed to play and or jumped or stuck. next few tracks play ok then same sticking happens again. it could be a fault on this cd but a shame.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Nice to have all the Beatles number ones in the U.K. & U.S.A. on one disc.
It is good to have 27 of these nostalgic numbers on one disc covering an eight year period from the early days of 1962 " Love me do" passing through "Help" 1965, my favourite "Penny Lane 1967& finishing with the classic " The long and winding road"-1970. I do not know if these have bee remastered, the stereo seems pretty good, but bass is less good on the early numbers. Wouldn’t buy brand new again!
Quality of the actual CD was perfect. Slight damage to case but this was stated in description. Have bought from Music Magpie before and the quality is always top notch and the descriptions transparent and honest.
