FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

What I received was a section of cardboard with my packing slip that showed my purchase, but no boxes. I called FedEx to investigate and their communication was poor and little help. I messaged Grainger and they responded within 5 minutes indicating they will reship another stack of 15 boxes and I'd received them next day. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!

    Play in the clamp

    I listed this product as good but the only thing I noticed is that if you over tighten or whatever in the lead clamp stretches it doesn't get a firm grip they need to put a texture on the inside or you need to texture the post for it not to just spin or take the screw out take a grinder and separate the two the clamp for a wider Gap so that you can get the screw tighter

    AWESOME PRODUCT

    i have a short in my electrical system which i am trying to fix, these battery terminals allow me to not waste my time because i can see the voltage. looks great on my 1996 nissan 300zx twin turbo show car. I WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER PAIR. I WOULD REMOVE THE PLASTIC LOCKING TABS ON THE COVERS, THEY ARE HARD TO REMOVE

    Wire length

    The neg wire needs to be at least a inch longer. Barely reaches between the battery terminals. But I really like the product!
