While we couldn’t solve the issue initially, I was able to return the original unit, and they promptly sent me a replacement of the exact same model. They even explained what was wrong with the original unit. Great communication and service throughout. Packaged very well. Good value for money and fast postage — would definitely buy from them again. A+

They are quite honestly the worst carrier company ever. I've had enough now and if the item I want will be sent using Evri I will look elsewhere.
