    Item was defective when it arrived as it would not charge. Ebay Returns procedure did not offer Royal Mail Collection. I am disabled and cannot get to a post office.Contacted seller and advised I had had to arrange a Royal Mail collection myself at a cost of £3.75 & asked for this to be included in refund that I had to chase up.It wasn't. So this defective item has cost me a pensioner £3.75. Advice - keep away from this seller
