    We contacted DHL to investigate why the order was redirected from the original address. It appears that the delivery was changed twice to a parcel locker—both times at your request. The most recent change was made in agreement between you and DHL. Therefore, any inconvenience caused resulted from your own decisions. Buyer is might be one of sanctioned persons who does not live in Germany and was looking for somebody to pick up his parcel from locker.
