    Unfortunately, the item arrived broken due to poor packaging. It was only wrapped in bubble wrap and paper, with no cardboard box for protection. I contacted the seller, but they were not helpful and left me to handle the issue on my own. Disappointed with the overall experience.

    I'm so sorry you are disappointed by your experience. As per my message, I contacted InPost right away to report the damage in transit and they gave me instructions to ask the buyer to get in touch with ebay regarding the problem. I've really tried my best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I send a lot of parcels and this is first time I've had an issue like this, which is extremely unfortunate. I can only apologise again for the inconvenience.
