The item, however, was not as described at all and arrived filthy and covered in sticky grime, despite being described as 'immaculate.' The seller has been unhelpful when trying to complete a return and was only willing to refund £5 on a £30 item. Unfortunately, I have to ask eBay to get involved and resolve the issue.
