    Different, but it works.

    This belt is considerably shorter than the original belt. It is not at all the same. However, by skipping the idler pulley, portion of the original belt path, it actually works. Maybe John Deere should consider using this simpler configuration and saving money by not installing their idler pulley. At this price, I could replace this one three times for the price of an original JD belt.

    Wrong item size

    Did not fit John Deere L100 42" mower. I had to bypass one pulley. Keeps coming off and wearing out fast. Can I get the correct one about 12" +- longer?
