    seller was fine, it was royal mail who gave me problems. First they said they had item out for delivery but when the post van arrived there was nothing there. The next day the same thing happened so I ended up spending an hour on the phone to them and had to go down to the depot this morning to pick it up. The item was in perfect condition so the only problem was with the mail delivery system.
