    Counterfeit/ fake mouthpiece. Full refund given but with reluctance and poor communication. Very disappointed that these items even exist and are still being sold on this platform. Difficult to monitor but I suspect this seller should know better. Selling cheap plastic products which are not checked and therefore probably not safe to use is unacceptable. I wouldn’t normally leave negative feedback after receiving a full refund but the comment suggesting it was sent back in worse condition…?!
