I asked why there was no tracking when I had paid for USPS Ground Advantage. Turns out it had not been shipped and on 7/13 they asked if I still wanted the item. Then next they said it had been ordered (what?) and was ready to ship now. They provided tracking on 7/15 but it wasn't provided to USPS until 7/18. It was supposed to arrive by 7/16 and I'm okay with it being late but the seller's communications were misleading or confused.
