      Amazing product

      I have been using this product for many years as it helps with my arthritis and neuropathy in my feet. I rub it in on the affected area and it eases the pain. It is not a cure but helps manage the pain. You can use it as often as you need as it is a natural product. I would recommend it to anyone with joint or muscle pain.

      Good value & seems to be helping post op bruising

      I was skeptical about whether this would actually work to help reduce bruising following surgery on both legs. I have to say after applying at night for a few days the bruising has significantly improved. Because it’s a gel as opposed to a cream, you don’t have to rub it in too much if the area is very tender/ sore. It will absorb and dry fairly quickly if left. I’d recommend.

      Worth a try!

      I have used SBC Arnica on and off for a number of years. I hate taking pain killers and this has seen me through a bad bout of lower back pain recently. You can use it as much as you like unlike pain killers.
