At least they delivered though, as usually they claim they’ve tried to deliver twice, then they ask us to pick up our parcel from their depot, which is at least 15 miles from us. On this occasion they stated, they had tried to deliver once, but we were in all day and our ring doorbell proves they never tried. The seller should consider using another service for the Welsh valleys.

On emptying the box it became obvious a part was missing and I had a part from another type of gate. I contacted the seller who stated he did not check what was in the box, I sent a picture of the parts I had and explained what was missing he was unable to sourse the part and advised me to return the gate.Reply from: galactic-deals-store- Feedback replied to by seller galactic-deals-store.- Feedback replied to by seller galactic-deals-store.No time for a full extensive report I am afraid but I just could do no right with this buyer despite my best efforts.
