Very polite delivery men popped the well packaged machine in my kitchen. When i removed the packaging i was amazed at the quality of the washing machine looking so new. Infact it looked better than the photos. The photos showed a few dents which are hard to see unless up close. The customer service team were great. The machine is so quiet.
