Both boxes were crushed and creased suggesting they had been roughly handled before they were sent. Seller has offered a ridiculous 20% refund but only 50% of my order is working. Plus inconvenience for lateness, disappointment and stress this problem has had on me. Awaiting reply now lacking item reliability.
