      Really can change your life! Unlike most 'help' books.

      This is one of the most interesting books I've ever read. It has the potential to, as per the title, change your life. Written by someone who has literally looked at thousands of brains and seen thousands of peoples lives and relationships transformed for the better. Leaves you wondering 'WHY' isn't this employed dramatically more widely in mental health and psychiatry? I had one from the local library for months and then decided it was so important a reference, I've bought it. Also bought another of Daniel Amen's books. You won't be disappointed by the content. Some great YouTube videos as well.
