    *Negatives*: Seller took 4 days to drop the item at the post office & item arrived with a USA power lead which was not mentioned in the description. I then had to purchase a adapter from PC World for £7.99 and the seller only refunded £5 and made it sound like I should be greatful they offered that. *Positives*: Item arrived decently packaged and in great condition. Apart from the USA spec power, I am happy with the item.

    Thank you for your purchase and I'm sorry you felt we delayed shipping. The order was received on Friday evening and posted on Tuesday with just the weekend in between. We generally post within 2-3 working days and this was no different. For the Power Adaptor, as we discussed, DROP only sells this with a US adaptor, across the world, which is what we shipped as well. Additionally, we provided a small refund to offset the cost of purchasing a UK plug. Enjoy your amp. It's a great unit!
