    Despite never having received the item (meant to arrive between 19/02 and 25/02 the latest - it is now 27/02), I was most impressed by the vendor who did everything so professionally, sending me picture and proofs of dispatch, keeping in touch with me all the time, being super generous in giving me a full refund, when they are not at fault for Royal Mail losing the item. I so hope the vendor gets some compensation, as really they have lost out. I am totally happy to give them a 5 star rating.

    27/02/25 - The vendor was so nice, they refunded me, when really 1) it's not their fault but Royal Mail 2) They had taken all the precautions to prove the dispatch of the DVD 3) they wrote to me very quickly 4) they are losing out! The vendor asked me if I didn't mind changing my comment to positive- and truly yes, I don't mind at all, the vendor being really very trustworthy, professional, courtous, prompt and so sympathetic. I just have no idea how to change the positive into negative -
