One of the two air coolers did not have on/off button and it was not loose in packaging so clearly sent broken from the seller. Both boxes were crushed and creased suggesting they had been roughly handled before they were sent. Seller has offered a ridiculous 20% refund but only 50% of my order is working. Plus inconvenience for lateness, disappointment and stress this problem has had on me. Awaiting reply now lacking item reliability.
