    The seller posted the item with the EBay preferred postal system which was Evri. After a huge run around with the delivery company and completely out of the timeline upon collecting the item it was broken. However the onus is on the delivery company as we could see that the seller had bubble wrapped the item properly and put it in a fitted box. The seller has refunded me for the damaged product.

    Fake item had to return, took ages to allow return and then refused to refund had to get eBay to intervene to get my money back. Stay well clear. I have been pestered by messages from this seller and printed to change feedback but I won’t change something that is true

    You clearly didn’t read the listing properly,the bracelet was never advertised as 18ct gold. It was silver, as described, and I even provided the original receipt and all related documentation. Expecting to get a £2,500 gold bracelet for £200 is completely unrealistic. You returned a broken item and then tried to claim a refund I was the one treated unfairly, yet now you’re trying to play the victim. I’ve followed all rules and acted honestly.
