I so hope the vendor gets some compensation, as really they have lost out. I am totally happy to give them a 5 star rating.Follow-up from: e***1- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.27/02/25 - The vendor was so nice, they refunded me, when really 1) it's not their fault but Royal Mail 2) They had taken all the precautions to prove the dispatch of the DVD 3) they wrote to me very quickly 4) they are losing out! The vendor asked me if I didn't mind changing my comment to positive- and truly yes, I don't mind at all, the vendor being really very trustworthy, professional, courtous, prompt and so sympathetic.
