Offered a resolution that would suit both parties to enable me to purchase an additional one as they were being shared with friends but she would only refund the cost of the missing pack so I sent them back and received a refund. I offered to refund the cost of the missing item form the £10.99 he paid for all 8 or a full refund on return. he wanted me to pay £5.99 for replacement. i did not retract anything i said was courteous & reasonable. cutting his nose off to spite his face he missed out on a bargain.
