    The bird arrived with a wing snapped off that happened sometime during the shipment. it certainly was not the seller's fault, and he quickly refunded full price and didn't ask for the broken item to be returned which would have been an added cost. All he asked for was a photo to verify the broken item. He was fair to deal with, and I thank him.
