When reported to the seller after a week, they were apologetic, requested a few more days, and checked that the parcel had left its drop off point. After two weeks and no parcel or tracking, they apologised again and a refund was issued, though I had requested in a follow-up that Evri be contacted to investigate. Unfortunately, my message went unanswered, so someone, somewhere has a very nice jumper.
