It did take nearly three weeks to receive the item, but it was not the fault of the seller - the seller shipped out timely and thankfully used tracking so I was able to pull up the tracking when it arrived today to see that USPS routed the package through Hawaii the day before it should have arrived in Napa from the San Francisco distribution center.
