I answered NO. Then, the manager lie to me intentionally to avoid giving a refund and sent anyway another flashlight. There is no space to give more details, but this experience was very unpleasant and this is to warn you.Follow-up from: o***o- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I reflected on my feedback before and I feel I could have been somewhat harsh with the manager. He definitely lied to me but I don't really know the intention. Maybe was to avoid more confrontation or even there could have been a good intention behind. THe truth is that he sent me a better flashlight than the one I paid and this put me at ease instead of expecting the worst. I hope this issue ends up amicable and I hope that this reverse the bad impression I left before.
