Great Workout!
I enjoy working out to this tape more than the others I have, you sweat a lot. The core exercises at the end really help tone the middle. I am usually too exhausted to do both. I have no complaints, it really does help you get started to a fitter you. I was skeptical hoe an indoor walking tape could work, but after I did this tape with my sister who is very fit and she was exhausted as well I knew this was the right tape for me. I have several Leslie Sansone videos but this one is my favorite. I like the floor exercises that follow the 2 mile workout. There is nothing boring about this workout but I think it is not appropriate for beginners. It is for intermediate or advanced workout clients. During the 1990s I used Leslie's DVDs frequently. I stopped using them for a variety of reasons. But now that I'm stuck indoors I wanted to get back to exercising in the house. This particular DVD lets me mix a little cardio with some of my weight lifting DVDs and my yoga DVDs. I do one of the 1 miles and then get one of my other DVDs.
