FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

    I purchased another stack of 15 boxes for my business from Grainger and they had sent them via FedEx. What I received was a section of cardboard with my packing slip that showed my purchase, but no boxes. I called FedEx to investigate and their communication was poor and little help. I messaged Grainger and they responded within 5 minutes indicating they will reship another stack of 15 boxes and I'd received them next day. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!

    Easy to carry, easy to pump and the pressure gauge on the sprayer wand is a great feature. After using it for the first time, I wish I would have bought one years before. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you

    Good sprayer but...

    As I assembled this sprayer, before I even got to use it, the spray lock broke. Really just a cheesy little piece of plastic but, damn, I expected a bit better quality after reading many favorable reviews. The spray wand as well is not a high quality piece but works good enough. The straps and hip belt also have nothing to be desired but in a pinch they work fine. Overall I'd give this unit a 7 of 10 but no more then that.

    Updated my review because Chapin corrected the issue for everyone.

    Good sprayer. Capable of everything except pressure adjustments save for the addon that is included. Well made and they have parts to keep it going. I have 3 one gallon chapins that I stocked up on spare parts 25 years ago. I have never used any of those spare parts and they all still work like new so chapin knows how to build them. I use sprayer cleaner after every use and will continue.

    Very pleased with backpack sprayer.

    This back pack sprayer is much nicer than to use than the models you carry around that are bottles. you can pressurize the sprayer continuously while you are spraying. This Pro model with metal wand and pressure gauge is much nicer than the non-pro version which has a much flimisier construction.

    Comfort?

    Have been using for several weeks. I can only fill 1/3 of the way because the straps are so uncomfortable with the weight. Sprayer works good, although it's is hard to pump the pressure up very far. Handle is not the best if you don't have long arms.
