Large box, lots of brown crunchy paper. Then bubble wrap, lots. Then a styrafoam container for the glasses. Each glass was wrapped with more bubble wrap, ( bubble wrap inside too}. These glasses could have survived a plane crash. Thank you, bunnygirl58 for all the caring attention to my purchase. The glasses arrived safely. (Of course!). I love them.
