    The item arrive from FedEx damaged. I immediately contacted the seller and she was very gracious walking me through the steps on both ends to get it taken care of. We were able to work out a resolution to the problem and was promptly refunded. Item was beautiful. I hate that I could not use it being that was broken. Item was as described was very nice and I was pleased with transaction and shipping, except for FedEx breaking it. Great seller would buy from again..
