    The Rascals at Their Best !!

    As a kid growing up in the late 1960's the "Rascals" were a big part of AM radio during that time. 1968's "Freedom Suite" was a product of the times. With the deaths of Dr. Martin Luther King & Robert Kennedy it visible effected the mindset of the band and felt the need to show their feelings on this release. Felix Cavalare wrote what would be the bands signature song "People Got To Be Free" while compiling this double LP. It spent 5 weeks at #1 on the pop charts and sold over 2 million copies ! My favorite record of the Rascals. This Japanese mini LP release in 24 bit remastered sound is excellent !! Highly recommended !!!
