I bought what was advertised as an authentic Jellycat plushie but it is very clearly fake - looks nothing like the real thing (despite a photo of the real thing being used on the listing), no tags, came in a bag with a Chinese factory address on it. I paid almost the same price as a real Jellycat for a cheap knock off. Have contacted the buyer to resolve and they've just ignored me. Misrepresentation and awful customer service.
