Only after escalating the issue to Ebay the seller finally offered a return option (to drive to Staples, because this sale was a dropship from Amazon), which took me more than an hour of driving there (another hour+ to come back). The return process was not showing on Ebay (because it's not Amazon). The refund was issued only with the help of Ebay. HORRIBLE SELLER!! AVOID!!!!!
