Packaging could have been better so as to protect the item if the plastic bag got torn...it did not get torn and all was well. Good transaction but would suggest to seller to wrap soft items in cardboard before shipping in plastic bag.

    Not Sure...

    I bought an iMac and after about 5 months the wireless keyboard would not connect properly. It would be on, but when I tried to type it would go crazy and just put a bunch of random letters and keep going even though I typed only a few. I would have to turn everything off and then back on for it to work every time. I had to drag the entire large computer into an Apple store and they tried to duplicate it but it didn't do it because it was just re-started and as I said every time I wanted to use the computer I had to shut down everything and restart it then it worked until it went to sleep again. I took a video of it happening and took it back to the store and they gave me a new keyboard. Still did not work. Took another video and back to Apple. They refused to do anything. SO, I paid a lot ...
