I was able to track the packet and within 3 days it arrived from Japan to Germany!!! (It took another 3 days at German customs but thats German bureaucracy :D) The seller notified me that I need to contact customs for taxes. At arrival I was pleasantly surprised that even though the backpack was labeled as "Used" it appeared to be brand new!
