The seller is one of the best there is - high quality books, reasonable prices, securely packaged. I do, however, recommend some changes to their shipping - they show a shipper (SortHub) on eBay, but the tracking # they email is for a different carrier. It’s difficult to know where my purchase is. This time, it was delivered a week late. In the grand scheme of things not a big deal. But it shouldn’t be this difficult to accurately track my purchase.

    Excellent Real Estate Book

    This book, 'Clark Smart Real Estate' is an excellent read because it's very thorough and detailed about the intracacies of buying a house. I bought a copy for a relative who used it to buy a house. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in the market to buy a house.

    Informative, descriptive and too the point.

    I like Clark's way of not sugar coating the subject. Not the type to get you all fired up and full of false impressions. Clark explains real-estate buying and selling in his trademark non-money wasting method.

    Clark Smart Real Estate by Clark Howard, Mark Meltzer

    This book is an excellent source for both the novice and the experienced home buyer. Both will find information that will prove to be helpful.
