This item was so well packed and therefore arrived in perfect condition. I have recovered the seat to go with a chair in my bedroom, which was easy to do. The only problem I had was when I went to put the chair together 2 holes for bolts were missing in the seat frame, however I notified the seller and had a prompt response to say they were going to forward another seat frame, so thank you very much, excellent service.
