    Perfect

    I bought this branded one as I thought it would be better. It really is good on my old electric stove top (not ceramic, just radiant rings). I did soak it in soapy hot water before use and rinsed and dried it out in case there was anything in from manufacture. I can't fault it really, just what was needed. I had a small thing I have used for years but I think it's dropped down the back of the unit as I can't find it. This one will last for years, thank you.

    This really works

    Controlling the heat when making curds is vital. If you overheat the eggs you end up with custard! I used the heat diffuser and I had to turn the gas up a little, as it worked so well. Brilliant bit of kit. Stops food sticking to the bottom of the pan when simmering, too.

    Just what I have been looking for
