I attempted to contacted the seller w/in 5 minutes and received a noticed that nothing could be done for 24-48hrhrs, contacted my bank who put a stop payment, then contacted Ebay sent them the screen shot and heard nothing. I assume the manual is as described but refused to open it and wrote return to sender on it when it arrived about a week later.
