This is a very valuable little book. It's enormously easy to follow. It has encouraging tips on the value of each movement. One thing I really love about it are the little comments about people who have persevered with particular movements and managed to do them in due course. Barbara Currie did an outstanding job on this book. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to increase their flexibility and strength.
I already had the DVD and wanted the book to augment that. I have not been disappointed with either.
