Faulty Items
 
Should an item ordered from Safetots arrive faulty or develop a fault within 28 days, we will send out a replacement or refund your order. Safetots may have set procedures in place with different Manufacturers regarding any reports of product faults.
 
Customers will need to email the fault to info@safetots.co.uk and will receive an RMA form in return. We will then contact you regarding a pick up date of the product or details on the refund of postage costs incurred to send the item back.

    Good solid high chair.

    Iv bought this for when my granddaughter visits. I needed a foldaway solid chair so I can simply set it up when needed then fold away when we’re all done. It fits behind my kitchen door an absolute treat! This chair fits the bill. It was simple to construct when it arrived only taking my husband a few minutes. Most importantly of all my granddaughter is safe & secure & her parents said how stylish it is. A winner all round I think. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

    Easy to assemble and sturdy. Can’t comment on if it’s easy to clean as it hasn’t yet been used. Baby not due for another 3/4 weeks. It stores away easy and looks like a nice piece of furniture.

    Nice sturdy wooden chair .

    Love this chair . I am a granny and could not put up with any self assembly. this folding chair is perfect . Straight out of the box and up to the table ! No nasty plastic bits and it blends in nicely with a farm house kitchen . I have bought the cushion and my grandson loves it . I shall be buying another one as I have another grandchild hot on his heels !!

    A folding adaptable chair for the younger members of the family!

    I am great -grandma so I was looking for - -a wooden chair that will tone in, -not big or tall - no padding to be unclean and smell -it is for weekly but not daily use. -with the front turned back it is suitable for children up to at least 5 years old.

    It is sturdy and stable, looks smart and folds away. The tray goes right away over the back to allow the child to sit up to the table but the tray still has its uses. Can’t fault this chair at all. Just buy one!
