If non-tracked service or RM48 is selected as a service, the order may be delayed. We offer several tracked options, and in the event of delay to the lower cost options above any refund will be made 1 month from order date to allow for the arrival of the order, which can be returned unopened for a refund.
 
All batteries are sold on the basis they are sealed and dated to negate the requirement for pre-testing to check them. If you do this, we reserve absolute right to refuse return and refund as most cheap unpowered testers will damage the battery, by using the power for the test.
 
Pre Testing the battery and expecting it to power a watch properly is going to cause malfunction which is not our causing.
I certify that all my selling activities will comply with all EU laws and regulations.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with  I made a mistake when ordering the battery the battery numbers were so close, 512SW 521SW  I can see where I made a mistake so I packed it up and sent it back, but they say they never received it I sent it back with Royal mail but they still don’t believe me we had conversation after conversation and actually got nowhere a little watch battery cost £2.85 after all what is £2.85 for good relations?

We did not receive the item from Royal Mail, and we think this buyer may be under the illusion that Royal Mail delivery times are quick, and effective. We clearly said that we would (and will) refund when the goods were returned. He has tried to open an item not received case (after he sent it back) and then tried to set up a return after that. We have reported to ebay as this buyer is just not reasonable, and if this feedback stays (On appeal) we cannot agree this is our issue. Buyer Remorse!
