Livestock deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a special service which is designed to ensure that your corals and livestock arrives to you just as it left us, healthy and happy. We use food standard insulated boxes, we also add heat packs to your box when the weather is colder.

Although we make every effort to ensure the well being of our corals and livestock during transportation, fatalities can occasionally happen. If any coral or livestock is found to be dead on arrival please inform us immediately, but not later than 4 hours after receiving the package. Any longer than this and we will be unable to offer you a replacement or credit. Please note the following conditions:-

1/ We will need photographic evidence of the coral or livestock that arrives DOA in the original unopened bag.

2/ Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover the shipping cost and a full credit of the coral(s) ONLY will be offered towards a future purchase or coral(s) or mobile inverts but credit cannot be used toward the shipping/delivery charge. If we have a like for like replacement available you would need to pay for shipping on any coral exchanges.

3/ We do NOT offer any alive guarantee for items shipped OUTSIDE of mainland UK, all orders posted or shipped outside of mainland UK are shipped at the buyers risk. This includes Northern Ireland.

Quite an expensive item but does the job so quickly.
It effortlessly cleans your aquarium with no fuss, hardly any noise and no water spillage unlike a syphon type cleaner. Takes no time at all to clean the whole tank. I have a very deep tank but with the extension piece it still works well. The cost is quite prohibitive but this was £10 cheaper than in my local aquarium shop so I feel like I've got a bargain.

I bought this to clean debris and gravel whilst not removing water from the tank, between partial water changes. The suction is far less than I expected. Although it picks some bits up, it misses a lot and takes forever to suck into the tube. I find myself wiggling it to try to get the bits to go up, like catching something at a fayre. It is vastly overpriced, but it is better than nothing. I was using a siphon gravel cleaner but find I still have to use it now, as well as the hooverI bought this to clean debris and gravel whilst not removing water from the tank, between partial water changes. Bought this to replace the self same product which I have been using for about the last ten years. The design is exactly the same as previously and it does an excellent job of cleaning the gravel without removing water at the same time so very useful for routine surface cleaning in between water changes. Well made and fully waterproof, it can be used with the extension on or off. My only comment, which I made ten years ago as well, is that it would be good if both sections of the cleaning tube had the 'toothed' profile. However, this in no way detracts from it functionality and I have no hesitation in recommending it. OK, it's not cheap, but given that I've used the old one for a minimum of once a week for the last ten years, I think it good value for money.Bought this to replace the self same product which I have been using for about the last ten years.
