The item arrived broken. It had a leaf snapped off the headpiece at the front and unfortunately cannot be fixed. The item came well packaged and boxed so the item would have been broken before it was packaged. When I took it out the box it was very clear that it was broken because the piece that had snapped off was rattling round in the clear bag making a lot of noise. There is no way it would have been unnoticed by whoever packed it. Very disappointing.
