    Great long lasting bits

    I have been using Antex soldering irons for decades, the bits are long lasting and have the right mass to solder the right way. Right bit for the job to allow sufficient energy transfer from the bit to the work piece. Recommended.

    A good tip for Antex CS18

    Although the tip does not have a slot and retaining spring as per the original, these were not required as the tip is a tight fit and slides onto the iron without a problem. I have used the new tip and it works very well at transferring heat from the iron to the tip.
